The aim of this work is to perform engineering design of belt feeder for gravel and rubble. Components will be selected on the results of functional calculation according to norm ISO 5048. The result is a concept, that includes technical report and drawings documentation of the belt feeder.

Belt conveyor with a large slope

This bachelor work deals with the structural design of the conveyor belt with a large slope, which is part of the machine for cutting firewood. Pitch drums is 3 m and conveyor speed is 1.5 m/s. This work contains conceptual design and the computational part and creating the main dimensions and design of the drive according to ČSN ISO 5048. Then the strength calculations of certain parts of the conveyor. The drawings of assemblies and drive shaft and the side of the frame.
